Returns

All purchases are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges. 

If your item arrives damaged please email  monarchceramicsstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.  

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.

Packaging

Ceramics will be shipped using as much recycled materials as possible. Monarch Ceramics is intent on reusing materials when it is possible, thank you!

Handmade Ceramics

Each item sold by Monarch Ceramics is 100% handmade using traditional wheel throwing and hand-building practices. This means each piece is unique. If you order multiple of an item, keep in mind they will not be exact, some pieces will have minor variations.
